Our Care ministry provides support and spiritual companionship to people of all ages facing life crises, significant challenges, and changes. Whether you or someone you love needs prayer, a home or hospital visit, or mental health support, we’re here to help. You don’t have to do it alone. Through our Counselling Centre our professional counsellors are equipped to help with a range of issues, including mental health concerns, relationship problems, and personal struggles. We offer a non-judgmental, confidential environment to help you find the strength to move forward.

Grief Course (8 weeks, 3 times a year)
We welcome anyone who has experienced a loss to join us in navigating grief with full support, understanding, and shared experiences every Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon sessions when they resume.

Join us this fall for Living Well, a peer support group for mental health, meeting every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 7 PM.

Tea & Company — Grief Support Drop-In Group
If you have lost a spouse, a family member, or a friend, you may have found it can be a lonely, discouraging time and that grieving takes longer than you’d like. Tea and Company is a place where you can chat with others who have also experienced a loss and understand what you are facing. Facilitators from our Care Ministry will also be present to support you as well. Join us on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays in the Café at 1:30pm.

Submit a prayer request to let us know how we can be praying for you. Our form has the option to remain private or share it with a group of our leaders and prayer team. You can also indicate if you are open to us getting in touch.
Spiritual Care Course
Our four-week Spiritual Care Course, offered a couple of times a year, is designed to bring a greater level of expertise to our approach to caregiving. Each session covers essential topics, including our identity as caregivers, understanding who God is, the role of the church in caregiving, and practical skills for making effective visits. This course provides both foundational knowledge and practical tools, ensuring you are well-equipped to provide compassionate care to those in need.
