Come be part of our Storyline Bible Study, where we dive into the powerful storyline of scripture by following key people, places, and themes. This semester, we're focusing on theValleys of the Bible. Those low but meaningful places that reveal God's presence, provision and purpose.
At Moms Connect (focused on those beginning their motherhood journey), we support and love each other during the busyness of motherhood by meeting practical needs, sharing God's word, praying for each other, and allowing God's love to transform our hearts and lives. Childcare will be available during morning sessions. If you would like to volunteer and support this ministry in childcare or as a table host please contact Pastors Anne or Sarah.

Grief Support Groups will begin the first week of February. These groups are for anyone who has suffered a loss and would like to learn more about grief, how to cope with it, and find support from fellow grievers.
Christianity + Culture is a 6-week course exploring how we engage with various aspects of culture and the intersection of our faith in Christ and the world we live in. Discussion topics like identity, tech and AI, and reconciliation in Canada are covered, intended to deepen the gospel lens by which we view all things.
Peace Portal Family Ministries exists to partner with parents in discipling their children. Starting from February 9th, our Family Matters series will cover a variety of topics like Raising Boys, Raising Girls, Technology & Anxious Generation and more, all designed to equip and support you as you grow in your faith alongside your kids. A light lunch will be served for a small fee—see you there!
Come and join us for All for Love: A Big Band Valentine on February 14th at 7:30pm. This upbeat night of jazz will feature the Vancouver Groove Orchestra and Phil Vanderveen. The event will directly support our Love One Another meals program, which are weekly dinners for those in need right here in our community. Tickets are $20 and will be available for purchase in the church office, at the Welcome Centre or online at vancouvergroove.com.
Peace Portal Counselling Centre is hosting a 7 week parenting course. This workshop is for parents with kids age 10 & under.
Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security parenting program is based on decades of research about how to secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
The Spiritual Care Course is intended for people who are interested in growing in compassion, visitation, and spiritual companionship skills. Over a span of 4 interactive evenings we will help you develop a better understanding of who you are in Christ and your own journey towards caring for others, learning to respect other people’s stories and becoming a better listener.
Students in grade 6 to 12 are invited to join us for our annual Glow Games: a night of neon fun! Teens will work in teams to compete for the Journey Cup. Make sure you wear your glowy-est clothes (whites, neons, etc) but make sure you can move around for this night full of activity. Tickets are $10.
A morning hike together at Campbell Valley Regional Park in Langley, BC.
We'll meet at the main entrance of Peace Portal Church at 9:30am and head over to Campbell Valley Park together.

Join us in supporting one of our Local Partners, Cloverdale Community Kitchen. On February 22nd, we’ll gather at 4:00 pm at Cloverdale Community Kitchen to learn more about the organization and walk to raise money for them. There will be some refreshments and a light meal, and the evening will wrap up around 7:00 pm.
Grades 6-12 are invited to join us on February 22nd. A day packed with fun, food, and meaningful conversations as we dive deeper into faith and explore the Holy Spirit together.
